Thomas J. Wojick, MA

Mr. Wojick has been in the field of behavioral health care for over twenty-five years. He has a Masters degree in counseling from the University of Connecticut. He has held senior management positions with both public and private organizations.

Mr. Wojick has lead major efforts at these organizations to transform and re-engineer primarily inpatient-focused companies into integrated systems of care. He has also had experience in design and implementation of managed programs within general acute care hospitals. He has learned and co-created organizational tools to assist other professionals in their efforts to radically change their systems of care to meet the demands of today's environment.

Mr. Wojick, known for his outstanding leadership skills, brings values management ability to finding the balance between human resource needs and capital needs of an organization. He created a new paradigm for personal, professional, organizational, and community change called Strategic Alignment and Renewal consultation.
