Frank A. Maher, MA
Practice Director

Mr. Maher has extensive experience in both research psychology and behavioral health operations. He has held clinical and consultative positions in mental health organizations, and has extensive background in human factors engineering; database development and analysis (to include simulation and human performance modeling) in large complex systems.

Mr. Mahar has extensive management experience encompassing all aspects of program management.
He holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Dayton. He is a member of the Ohio Psychological Association (Ohio Licensed Psychologist #1509), and has authored various publications, such as the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities’ Development Learning Disabilities Handbook.
