Karen Adcock brings to GibsonFisher more than 18 years of experience in behavioral healthcare program development and evaluation. For nine years, she was Director of Corporate Development for a proprietary psychiatric hospital corporation, where she developed business opportunities and expanded hospital programs and facilities.

She is skilled at collecting data to assess need and market opportunity, designing programs, and obtaining regulatory approval. She has written and successfully obtained approval for Certificate of Need (CON) applications for numerous hospital facilities.

Ms. Adcock holds a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a specialty in Mental Health Program Development and Evaluation. She currently is an active member of the Ohio Medical Care Advisory Committee Subcommittee on Managed Care and Clinical Services. The Subcommittee was empowered by the Governor of Ohio in support of Ohio's Medicaid reform initiative known as OhioCare.
